DAY 1 : Transfer to Sittong
On arrival at New Jalpaiguri (NJP) railway station meet & greet then transfer to Sittong ( 72 km , 2 ½ hrs. drive approx.)Post check in freshen up & have lunch with local cuisine (Lepcha Food).Post lunch visit orange orchard , visit Lepcha (The Vanishing Tribe) traditional house , trek to Sittong highest point “ Yaksaa” to have look on the lush green Sittong valley , 100 years old British made church ( one made of bamboo).Overnight stay at Sittong.
DAY 2 : Transfer to Tumling
Post breakfast check out & proceed for Manebhanjan (92 km , 3 hrs. drive approx. ,7054 ft) on the way visit Rabindra Smriti Bhaban , Surel Kothi , Cinchona-plantation .Change your vehicle at Manebhanjan.Board in Land Rover & proceed for Tumling (13km, 1 hrs. drive approx.. 9600ft).Overnight stay Tumling.
DAY 3 : Transfer to Kalipokhari
Land Rover journey continues - After breakfast proceed for Kalipokhari (13km. 1 hr. drive approx. 10400ft). Via Gairibas (7 km, 8600 ft.). The Kalipokhri Lake is another major attraction of the region. It has dark waters which are considered sacred by the local people.It is believed that Nepalese worship this sacred lake & no one is allowed to take a dip or swimhere.Overnight stay at Kalipokhari.
DAY 4 : Transfer to Sandakphu
Land Rover journey continues - After breakfast proceed for Sandakphu ( 6 km , 30 min. drive approx. - 11929 ft ).Sandakphu is a wonderland for the trekkers. It's located at an altitude of 11,929ft (i.e. 3,636 meters). This is highest peak in the state of West Bengal, India. The trek to Sandakphu goes all along the Singalila range. Overnight stay at Sandakphu.
DAY 5 : Transfer to Phalut
Morningenjoy the Sunrise, on a clear day one can sight Mt.Everest (Highest peak in the world ) , Mt,.Kanchenjunga ( 3rd Highest peak in the world ) , Makalu , Lhotse.Land Rover journey continues , post breakfast proceed for Phalut at an altitude of 11,811 ft.( 21 km , 4 hrs. drive approx.).
DAY 6 : Transfer to Chitrey
Enjoy the Sunrise, on a clear day one can sight Mt.Everest (Highest peak in the world ) , Mt,.Kanchenjunga ( 3rd Highest peak in the world ) , Makalu , Lhotse.Post breakfast check out & proceed for Chitrey ( 55 km , 3 ½ hrs. drive approx.).
DAY 7 : Transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway (NJP) station
